Return Policy

Pure Gems World has a simple and transparent 5 Days Return & Replacement Policy.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

• Product must be new and unused same as it were the time of delivery.
• Replacement of product is examine by the team of Shraddha Shree Gems.
• Broken or harm product because of inappropriate usage of carelessness are not eligible for replacement of return.
• Item should be returned with Original Product Certificate and Item tag (if any), original copy of Invoice, discount cards, etc.

Return Condition for Loose Products:

If you want to return the loose product bought from us and you passes the above condition, then you can return it within 5 days of delivery date.

Important Note: Items, on which Shipping Charges, VAT and other duties were applicable at the time of packaging, will not be a part of any refund.

Return Condition for Jewelry:

According to our return policy, jewelry which are made on custom order or have any customization will not be return and not refunded. But if you are not happy with the product then we can provide you the discount card of 80% off on your next purchase from us.

The refunded money will reflect in your bank or respective payment method within 7 days.
