We provide free shipping across India through trusted courier partners. As a result, you can enjoy safe and hassle-free delivery without paying additional shipping charges.

  • Free shipping is available on all domestic orders.

  • We do not charge any hidden shipping fees.

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • However, delivery times may vary because of your location, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

  • Moreover, customers living in remote or rural areas may receive their orders through India Post or another available logistics provider.


International Shipping

Pure Gems World proudly ships natural gemstones, crystals, and jewellery to customers worldwide.

Delivery Timeline

  • Most international orders arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • However, customs clearance and local courier services may affect delivery times.

  • We carefully inspect and securely pack every international shipment to minimize transit risks.


Customs Duties & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for all country-specific charges, including:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or GST

  • Handling fees

  • Any additional charges imposed by local authorities

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive:

International Orders

Order Cancellation
