We start the process of making a product within the 24 hours of ordering. We try to start the making process the same day within the 12 hours of order.

Shipping Charges:

We always offer free shipping all over india. No charges are charged for shipping from customers.

How long will the product reach you?

We always make products as soon as possible with the best quality product. We take care of customers; we try not to wait longer for customers. It takes all the process of 5 to 7 days maximum.

What should you do when product didn’t deliver after the 7 days:

If you didn’t get your product after 7 days then contact us immediately at puregemworld@gmail.com so that we can clear the issues with our shipping partner and inform you about your product.

We have accepted all the important steps to make sure that you receive your product on time. We are connected with the best delivery service to deliver your product as soon as possible.

The product can take a maximum of 7 to 10 days days to deliver.
Custom duties, taxes, VAT, clearing fees and other charges which are charged by some countries as per their law are charged by the customer; we don’t take responsibility for it.
Cancellations of products are allowed till we don’t ship your product.

If you didn’t receive the order, want to cancel your order or the order is lost then you will be responsible for it and you have to pay the order amount.
