At Pure gems world we do our best as possible to make our product and provide the best service so that you don’t face any unexpected thing when you open your parcel.

We work through all the complete steps to ensure that you receive your order on time and that you don’t have to wait long.
The product you will receive after 2 of dispatching in our state. But, because of covid-19 it can take more days of delivery outside of the state.
We provide free shipping all over India.
If you want to cancel your order, lose your order or not get it delivered then you have to refund the order amount.

Cancellation:

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?
Yes, you will get refunded if you cancel your order. But, if the product is shipped then you will not be able to cancel your order.
We start the process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel an order then inform us within the 5 to 6 hours of ordering.
➔ Cancellation of product is not allowed on the discounted product or product on sale
➔ Once shipped product will not be cancel
➔ Exchange received product
We don’t accept the return for those products which we have ordered by mistake. We always recommend that you read the product description carefully. After checking all the things including description, size, weight and other information then order.

If you still want to return then follow the following step:

➔ Send the images of product
➔ Ensure that product is unused
➔ Place another order according to your need
➔ Write a mail to puregemsworld@gmail.com to pick it up and exchange it with your new order.

Once the order is picked then the restocking fee will be charged of Rs.300/- and then the remaining amount of exchange order will be refunded. As it will be considered as a return.
