Refunds Policy

Whenever we receive your return, we will send you a notification in your mail that we have received your order. And, we will inform you if the product is eligible for return or not.

If the product is eligible for return then we will refund you automatically to your bank account. All these processes will be done within the 7 days of working.

Cancellation:

Will I get a refund if I cancel my order?

Yes, you will get refunded if you cancel your order. But, if the product is shipped then you will not be able to cancel your order.

We start the process within 24 hours. So, if you want to cancel an order then inform us within the 5 to 6 hours of ordering.

Exchange received product

We don’t accept the return for those products which we have ordered by mistake. We always recommend that you read the product description carefully. After checking all the things including description, size, weight and other information then order.

If you still want to return then follow the following step:

Send the images of product

Ensure that product is unused

Place another order according to your need

Write a mail to puregemsworld@gmail.com to pick it up and exchange it with your new order.
